Fitness Center

At Old Westbury Golf and Country Club, health and fitness are an important part of our members' wellbeing. Customized programs and highly qualified staff support our members with their whole body routine, including strength, cardio, flexibility, movement, balance, heart health, nutrition and hydration.

Our fitness center is situated in the old "Playhouse", offering a quiet, safe, clean and comfortable setting. Members can work out at their own pace, together with friends or with a personal trainer in our cardio workout room, free weight room and aerobic/stretching room.

Boot Camps and Classes

Whether members are looking to get in better shape, have a sports injury or are working on their golf or tennis swing, our team guides members in full body preparation, problem correction, rehabilitation and restoration. From golf specific workouts to high energy aerobic exercises to low intensive strengthening, members can choose from Yoga, Flexicore Fusion, Spin, Stretch Sessions, Golf Fitness Performance Workshops and much more.

Personal Trainers

Our expert staff of personal trainers are degree certified and highly skilled in therapeutic modalities as well as sports-training. Additionally, personal trainers are Golf Fitness Certified from the prestigious “Titleist Performance Institute”.
