There is something majestic about an event hosted by Old Westbury Golf and Country Club. From our panoramic views, breath taking photo opportunities and culinary excellence, to our considerate, creative and detail-minded staff, each event is uniquely personal and unforgettable.

Guests of honor and their company mingle in our gorgeous, inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. Banquet and private rooms feature sophistication and elegance paired with a relaxing, comfortable feeling, while our patios and lawn offer picture perfect views and stunning after dark lighting.

Main Dining Room

This formal dining room features detailed architecture, picturesque views of Long Island to the South and delicate Pin Spot lighting. It can hold up to 340 guests with options to include seated dining, buffet dining, food stations, bar service, dancing and more.

Cocktail Lounge

Nestled between the Ballroom and Covered Patio, our Cocktail Lounge is ideal for everything from large meetings and presentations to small table gatherings. Holding up to 180 people depending on the seating and layout, guests can make use of the bar, multiple televisions and brick oven pizza station.

Covered Patio

The Covered Patio includes a custom built-in serving station. This multi-season space has heaters, fans and glass enclosures with views of Long Island to the South.

South Patio

This versatile blue stone South Patio is surrounded by lush greenery and picture perfect Long Island views. It is the ideal setting for a ceremony or open cocktail party, complete with classic white lights and an inviting fire pit for guests to gather.

Whitney Lawn

This picturesque outdoor space is ideal for ceremonies. Named for the Whitney family who originally owned the property, it features views of Old Westbury’s iconic Tower and extensive views to the North of the Club.

Card Room

This intimate space holds up to 30 guests for dinner and conversation. The ornate decor, sconce lighting and fireplace adds to the room's old world meets new world charm.

Library

Among our most traditional settings, the Library can be used as a private dining room or meeting room. It includes a television and fireplace.

Grill Room

With an abundance of natural light and cathedral ceilings, the Grill Room has been used for ceremonies, presentations and day/evening events. It holds up to 120 guests for dinner and 175 guests for standing cocktails. The decadent views of Old Westbury's iconic Tower and doors to the Whitney Lawn make this space especially popular.

West Lounge

Conveniently located between the Grill Room and South Patio, the West Lounge features a beautiful built-in bar, three televisions and even two ship's windows. Holding up to 40 guests, this room has been used for everything from formal gatherings to sports-themed drafts and parties.

Bridal Suite

Giving our brides a designated space for their wedding party to gather on the big day, our Bridal Suite includes a comfortable space to offer up a toast, complete hair styling and make-up application and wrap up any last to-do's before walking down the aisle. It is a secure place to store personal items and includes an attendant, private restroom and refreshment station.
